Logo Research
I want to have more idea, what I should have for my pyramid logo.
I did some research on my teacher textbook called The Art Of Ancient Egypt. I found those two images that I like. The art and colours are eye catching so for my logo I decided to use pyramid and Egypt figures also Egyptian written language.
Drawing On My Sketch Book/ Idea
WITHOUT COLOURS. I did some little drawing on my sketch book. All the sketches I got it from those two images.
WITH COLOURS. I coloured all the objects and pyramid. This is to see what colours I need to add
and how would it look in colours.
I want to use just the pyramid and Egyptian written language. It was hard to add some of the objects so i just want to keep it simple.
Designing logo step by step
Final logo
I used Photoshop and ten different layers to do this logo. Firstly
I started drawing the pyramid then I added Egyptian written language in
red. After that I added the name pyramid games. Then I changed the design of
the logo to wavy. I also change the logo name such as position, size bigger, wavy
and bold because I want it to look wavy and funky. I used orange colour to colour the pyramid, finally
I've used dark orange colours as a tone to make it look like golden colours and
realistic.
Trying out with different colours
Trying out the logo with different colours. I’ve change the
logo in black and white and dark. I did this because I want to see how it looks
without the colours but I prefer the logo in colours because it gives positive energy and exciting to have a look at.
